Precis.

Regulations of the Heung Kong Tsat Mo Kung Wui.

(Hong Kong Painters' Guild).

I

General.

1. The name of this Wui shall be the "Heung Kong Tsat

Mo Kung Wui".

2. The object of this Wui is to foster friendship and

exchange of knowledge for the promotion of the common

interest among the painters.

3. The address of the Wui is ·

II - Membership.

4. Any painter, who supports the object and observes the

rules of this Wui, may become a member upon the introduction by three members subject to the approval

of the Executive Committee. He shall be required

to fill in an application form and shall be given a

membership card.

5. The entrance fee is 50 cents.

III

Privileges and Duties.

6. Every member is entitled to enjoy the following

privileges.

(a) To elect and to be elected.

(b) To make proposals and to vote.

(c) To be introduced to work.

(d) To enjoy all privileges given

by the Wui.

7. Every member shall observe the rules of the Wui,

abide by its decision and help its work.

8. It is the duty of members to subscribe to the

maintenance funds and to help the Wui financially.
